She has worked with many companies to guide employees to maintain a healthy lifestyle at work and at home. Noelle also has experience with the Parkinson’s community, oncology, heart disease and caregivers as she has worked for Sarasota Memorial Hospital. As Noelle grew with her practice, she realized her yoga and meditation practice changed with emotional and physical growth. Her mission is that everyone can do yoga and meditation. Noelle enjoys teaching students how to apply yoga and meditation off the yoga mat and into the real world. You will find she is playful on her mat, and she will make you smile from your soul.

As she went through graduate school and moved down to Florida, her yoga practice only became stronger and more central to her life. Mallory has her doctorate in physical therapy and focuses on the Sports Medicine field helping athletes of all ages get back to the sport or activity they love. When not working, Mallory still loves running and working out in other ways beyond yoga as well as playing with her two "fur children," which are little pugs. On the weekends Mallory and Nikita, her husband, enjoy soaking up the Florida sun going to the beach or finding some other fun outdoor activity to do. As for yoga, her favorite style is vinyasa, but she knows sometimes more yin and restorative is needed; she describes her practice as that fine balance between strong and challenging, yet refreshing and peaceful.
