What a warm and welcoming studio with an extremely kind and friendly staff. The Monday night Yin Yoga & Sound bath class led by Jillian is an amazing place to rejuvenate your body and mind. The class and instructor fosters a calming atmosphere with healing sounds. Jillian always adds a spark of inspiration to her classes. She is compassionate, experienced & a true healer.
I winter in Sarasota each year and was so happy I found this Yoga Studio. The style of Yoga is perfect for building strength but very safe with good instruction and modification. The space is warm and the community friendly. Highly recommend trying a class . Dont forget the Sound Baths which helped my nervous system. Felt so wonderful after - energy is great!
